Some fun facts about Norway:

- Norway is in northern Europe next to Sweden
- Norway's population is about 4.6 million
- The Laerdal tunnel, which was opened in 2000, is the longest road tunnel in the world. It is 15.3 miles, or 24.5 kilometers long.
- Oslo is Norway's capital and largest city
- The 1994 Olympic Winter games were held in Lillehammer, Norway
- Norwegians call their country "Norge" not Norway as the rest of the world does
